Please be aware cabotage flights are strictly prohibited in Russia.
To perform flights inside Eurasian Economic Union(EAEU) by aircraft with foreign registration, customs clearance must be obtained by aircraft owner in accordance with the customs legislation*.
Import to the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) of a foreign aircraft of business aviation without payment of customs taxes is possible according to customs procedure called IM53 (Import 53) which must be performed without commercial benefit by aircraft owner, authorized person or by a customs broker. Otherwise, 3% of the amount of import customs duties and taxes would be applied upon the release of the aircraft for domestic consumption.
JetPort SPb company is not allowed to perform any customs procedures and we cannot guarantee customs clearance at Pulkovo airport for your flight as the decision is made by customs only.
In compliance with the Federal Immigration Service of the Russian Federation please be informed that all crew members, citizens of countries that do not have intergovernmental agreements with the Russian Federation must have a valid visa of the Russian Federation regardless of the time of
stay in the territory of the Russian Federation. From the 1st of December 2012 in case of an arrival of the crew without a Russian visa, a record will be issued and a fine for every citizen without a visa will be charged. The paperwork takes a long time(up to 3 hours per person), which can lead to additional waiting and, as a consequence, a change in the timetable of flights. Please consider this information when planning the flight.
The entry and exit rules depend to a great extent on the applicable agreements between states and are subject to change on a regular basis.

We would like to inform you that JetPort SPb company starts to provide visa arrangement service (single-entry business visa for crew members upon arrival from 1100 to 1800 LT only) starting from today, February 12, 2020.
Please, send us visa request not later than 24 hours before aircraft arrival to St.Petersburg.
The request must include the following information:
1. General declaration with full crew list.
2. Passport scan copy of the crew member who needs visa arrangement.
3. Visa application form (handwriting only, without any corrections).
4. Color photo (upon arrival)
