Please, send us visa request not later than 24 hours before aircraft
arrival to St.Petersburg.
The request must include following information:
1. General declaration with full crew list.
2. Passport scan copy of the crew member who needs visa arrangement.
3. Visa application form (handwriting only, without any corrections).
4. Color photo (upon arrival).
Rules for transporting pets by air
In case if an internal Russian passport is issued for a pet, passenger should get a veterinary certificate at the state veterinary clinic. The veterinary certificate is valid for 5 days.
On departure passenger have to get a special boarding pass for a pet at Veterinary Inspection at Pulkovo airport - Terminal-1 (regular flights).
In case if an international passport (Euro passport) is issued for a pet, and the pet is transported within the European Union, then on departure passenger have to get a special boarding pass for a pet at Veterinary Inspection at Pulkovo airport - Terminal-1 (regular flights).
You can get a boarding pass in advance, 1-2 days before departure.
For international flight any pets are to be declared to Russian customs on arrival and on departure. In every case a pet owner has to fill 2 copies of the customs declaration.
